If an online order never arrives, I’m Attorney Nok, and my first suggestion is to save the evidence before the listing or chat disappears. Keep the product page, order confirmation, payment receipt, promised delivery date, tracking number, and every exchange with the seller.
Imagine ordering shoes for ฿2,000. The seller promises Friday delivery, but a week later there is still no tracking number. Ask in writing when they will ship or refund you, and keep their reply. If you bought through a marketplace, open a dispute there before confirming receipt.
If nothing changes, gather the order, receipt, and messages for a consumer complaint with Thailand’s OCPB. If the shop appears fraudulent or vanishes, contact your bank and the police promptly as well. A complaint does not guarantee reimbursement or stop a legal limitation period.
